Royal Expeditionary Force

The Royal Expeditionary Force (REF) is a contingent(?) of the Royal Army sent to Empyrean following the discovery of the continent. The REF was established by Tamarand and Dragonheart to create settlements in Empyrean and further explore both the undiscovered regions and in the continent and ruins of the Celestial Empire.
